CATHERINE POLISI

CEO & FOUNDER

Catherine Polisi is the CEO and Founder of strategic advisory firm Polisi Jones, which she founded in 2014 after advising some of the largest and most well-known public and private companies in the world on their communications strategies throughout the past two decades.

Prior to founding Polisi Jones, Catherine served in senior roles at leading strategic communications firms in New York City and Greenwich, including Brunswick Group, Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher (JWBK) and ASC Advisors. She works with companies globally across all sectors, advising clients on media and investor communications, marketing strategies, messaging, brand building, online branding and social media strategy, media and presentation coaching, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, internal communications and corporate crises. 

In 2008, while Global Head of Media Relations for Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking Division, Catherine took a leadership role in managing and executing Lehman Brothers' corporate crisis communications initiatives during the global financial crisis, the firm's bankruptcy and subsequent acquisition of Lehman Brothers by Barclays Capital. Catherine continued her communications role at Barclays Capital after it acquired Lehman and helped rebrand Barclays' new investment banking platform.

In addition to her work in strategic communications, Catherine also previously worked as a television reporter at WENY-ABC in Elmira, NY and News 12 CT, and as a print reporter at The Ithaca Journal in Ithaca, NY.

Catherine is a volunteer and Board Director at Abilis, a CT non-profit that provides therapeutic, employment and training services to individuals with special needs.  Previously, she was a Board Director for the India Cultural Center (ICC), a non-profit that promotes Indian culture and art throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties; a Principle at B*Cured, which aims to end brain cancer; and Junior Council Member for REACH Prep, which provides underserved, high-achieving students access to transformative educational experiences that help cultivate our next generation of young leaders.  

Catherine was named a YWCA Greenwich Brava Award winner in 2018 for her professional and community contributions. In 2017, she was given the title of Honorary Accountapreneur by The Accountability Lab of Nepal, a non-profit organization that provides support to young Nepalese entrepreneurs as they develop and implement low-cost, high-impact solutions for achieving accountability in their local communities.

Catherine graduated with a B.A. in Art History from Williams College in 1999 and an M.A. in International Law and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in 2004. She is a Certified KRI Kundalini Yoga instructor, sound therapist and medical intuitive, as well as a meditation and pranayama practitioner and teacher.

SENIOR STRATEGIST

Morgan Melnikoff is a Senior Strategist and Outsourced Investor Relations Consultant at Polisi Jones. She brings a diverse set of skills to the team, including investor relations, business development, operations, fund launches, marketing, branding, messaging, fundraising, hedge fund compliance and accounting.

A proven entrepreneur, Morgan built and launched multimillion-dollar Everpoint Health in the middle of COVID-19 while on a temporary hiatus from Polisi Jones in order to co-found the company, and created one of the first national companies that provided rapid corporate and institutional COVID-19 testing.

Prior to joining Polisi Jones, Morgan worked as an investor communications consultant and assisted emerging hedge fund managers launch their businesses, providing support with investor outreach, marketing, pitch book content and design creation, due diligence preparation and legal document review. Previously, Morgan spent six years at Luxor Capital Group, LP where she managed all aspects of the firm's investor relations functions, and provided direct support for the firm’s operations, accounting and compliance. Morgan began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young in the Financial Services Organization (FSO) where she worked with various clients, including UBS AG, Fortress Investment Group and Jefferies Group, Inc.

Morgan is an active volunteer for cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She worked with the development team and Dr. Robert Motzer to establish the Memorial Sloan Kettering Translational Kidney Cancer Research Program (TKCRP), a powerful platform to integrate the expertise of multiple disciplines, with the singular goal of curing kidney cancer. She founded and chaired the fundraising event "Rock Out for the Cure" to benefit kidney cancer research, which raised over $1 million—the most successful third-party fundraising event in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s history. In addition, she spent time bringing congressional awareness to the lack of funding for kidney cancer, which has since been increased from $5 million to $30 million annually. Morgan was chosen to be the 2018 keynote speaker at the Memorial Sloan Kettering "Celebration of Fundraisers” and was profiled on the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center website, Greenwich Magazine and CBS news.

Morgan holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University at Rose Hill.


GISELLE WHITE

SENIOR STRATEGIST

Giselle White is a Senior Strategist at Polisi Jones and serves as an Outsourced Investor Relations Consultant under Polisi Jones and Business Development Executive under broker-dealer Castle Hill Partners to our alternative investment clients. She has worked in the financial services industry for the past 20 years and has served in lead roles in investor relations, marketing and business development at various hedge funds since 2014.

Most recently, Giselle served as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Ardsley Partners, an alternative investment management firm with a more than 30-year investing history, where she was responsible for driving the growth and diversification of the firm's client base and assets under management. In this role, Giselle leveraged her extensive network within the institutional investor landscape to identify and cultivate strategic relationships with potential and existing investors, such as pensions, endowments, foundations and family offices.

Prior to joining Ardsley, Giselle worked at Arosa Capital, an alternative investment firm focused on traditional and renewable energy investing; New Mountain Capital, an alternative investment firm investing in private equity, public equity and credit capital with $60 billion in assets under management; DGHM, a value investing firm that invested both long/short and long-only across all market capitalizations; and Harvey Partners, a long/short, small-cap equity hedge fund.

Giselle began her career in private banking and private wealth management at JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley. She has served as a Board Advisor at Pause + Purpose, a meditation and yoga studio based in Westport, CT; as an Advisor and Presenter at Phelps Forward, an organization that provides career counseling, networking and job placement to minority female, first-generation college students from top-tier colleges; and served on the Executive Board and as Head of Events for the Connecticut Council of Vital Voices Global Partnership.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.


ELIZABETH BING

SENIOR STRATEGIST

Elizabeth Bing is a Senior Strategist and serves as an Outsourced Chief Of Staff for our Polisi Jones alternative investment clients, with particular expertise in messaging, branding, investor communications, legal and compliance and corporate storytelling.

With a background in complex litigation, corporate law and corporate governance at leading international law firms and financial institutions, Elizabeth blends legal insight with brand building, communications and corporate storytelling expertise to create powerful, highly differentiated messaging and brand positioning for her clients. As a Senior Strategist at Polisi Jones, Elizabeth applies analytical rigor as a former litigator to the messaging she develops, partnering with our private equity clients and their portfolio companies to clarify their corporate narratives and deploy their investor communications strategically to drive outcomes and support business initiatives aimed at cultivating growth.

Elizabeth’s career as a litigator began at Kirkland & Ellis representing hedge funds and private equity clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and investigations. She later focused on securities litigation and government investigations at Wiggin and Dana before joining UK investment bank NatWest Markets as Senior Counsel in 2022. At NatWest, Elizabeth worked closely with the company’s board of directors and CEO, overseeing corporate governance for the U.S. region and developing strategic presentations for the company’s executive leadership.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Classics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from The University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. She studied British Politics and Public Policy as a Hansard Scholar at The London School of Economics.


JULIANA WHEELER

SENIOR STRATEGIST

Juliana Wheeler is a Senior Strategist focused on marketing and strategic communications at Polisi Jones. She provides client support and counsel related to media relations, investor relations, company messaging, marketing and branding, crisis management, reputational risk and internal communications strategies.

Juliana previously lived in London for 25 years where she was Head of Financial Communications at the Church of England. In that role, she developed and delivered communications and media strategies for the 300-year-old, £10.5 billion Church Commissioners endowment, a leading global responsible investor; and for the Church of England Pensions Board, which ethically manages £3.5 billion of pensions assets. She also developed the strategy and created content for the Church’s annual reports and stewardship reports. Among other initiatives, she led communications for the Church Commissioners’ research into its links to historic transatlantic slavery and developed communications for the Church of England’s role in King Charles III’s coronation.

Prior to these roles, Juliana served in senior marketing and communications positions at J.P. Morgan, Barclays, LCH (now part of the London Stock Exchange Group) and Panmure Gordon (now Panmure Liberum). In these roles she advised senior management and boards on corporate crises and reputational issues and managed all media and public relations for M&A, capital markets transactions, leadership transitions, internal communications, and day-to-day corporate news. She began her career as a journalist at Bloomberg and the Financial Times and received her B.A. in English and M.A. in Journalism at the University of Miami.


KERRITH MACKAY

SENIOR STRATEGIST

Kerrith Mackay is a Senior Strategist focused on ETF and asset management marketing, brand strategy, go-to-market execution, investor education, and cross-functional team leadership. Drawing on global leadership roles at iShares/BlackRock and Barclays Global Investors, she brings institutional-grade marketing discipline and a proven ability to translate strategy into execution across product, distribution, and communications teams.

Kerrith has led major brand, product, and market-entry initiatives across the UK and Europe. At BlackRock, she served as Head of Brand Marketing for iShares EMEA and previously as Head of UK Marketing, where she drove segment-specific messaging strategies, brand development, campaign planning, client engagement programs, and product positioning to support significant AUM growth. Her remit spanned institutional, wealth, and retail channels, including advisor education, thought-leadership development, events, digital initiatives—including messaging and new website management—and marquee brand campaigns such as “Not All ETFs Are Created Equal.” Kerrith was recognized as a top performer at iShares, receiving the firm’s “Play with Passion” award for leadership and consistent delivery.

After leaving BlackRock, Kerrith served as an independent consultant to Invesco Perpetual, UK, advising on the implementation of a centralized marketing structure that improved agility and ensured consistent strategy execution while preserving local market nuance through in-country teams.

Kerrith began her career in financial services marketing at Barclays Global Investors where she helped launch iShares into key private wealth markets in the UK and Europe and led digital platform development and ETF education programs for financial advisors and the London Stock Exchange. Earlier, she held marketing roles in global consumer businesses, including British American Tobacco, gaining foundational brand and go-to-market experience. She began her career in South Africa at Marketing Concepts, a commercial real estate marketing consultancy, serving as Key Account Manager for four years.

Kerrith holds a post-graduate Honors degree in Marketing & Financial Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She also holds the UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and has completed executive health and wellness certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.


MICHAEL STINEMAN

TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIST

Michael Stineman is a Technology Strategist at Polisi Jones where he serves as an Outsourced Chief Technology Officer and oversees technology and digital solutions for our clients, including social media reporting, monitoring, measurement and compliance management; technology integration with existing corporate systems; SEO and SEM; digital ad marketing and measurement; A/B testing; AI solutions; and post-transaction technology integration, among other areas.

Throughout Michael’s 25-year technology career, he has worked with Fortune 100 companies as a digital strategist bridging the gap between complex digital technologies and practical business outcomes. He utilizes transformative digital solutions to unlock ROI for clients through the strategic use of technology and human-centered design. Michael believes in employing a data-driven approach to product development, digital marketing, business measurement and digital transformation initiatives. He has deep expertise in structured data design and methodology, AI and machine learning, and data integration and utilizes these skills to drive client product roadmaps to successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Polisi Jones, Michael was Executive Vice President at Modus, a digital consulting firm, and Senior Vice President of Client Services at Bootsoft. He also previously worked at Thomson Financial and Baseline Financial Services.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College.


CHRISTOPHER POLISI

SOCIAL MEDIA & VIDEO STRATEGIST

Christopher Polisi is a highly skilled video and audio producer and social media and influencer strategist at Polisi Jones. He assists our clients with building and executing social media and social influencer campaigns that help support their business objectives. Christopher also assists Polisi Jones clients with creating corporate video content that helps them more succinctly and effectively tell their corporate narratives to targeted audiences.

Having worked in media production for more than a decade, Christopher began his career as an executive assistant for the ABC News long-form unit and held a similar role at a reality TV production company. He is a trained audio engineer and sound mixer and has completed projects for leading industry media and television outlets, such as Motor Trend Magazine, The History Channel and Conde Nast.

Some of Christopher’s previous client work includes: Anheuser-Busch, Walgreens, BDT Capital, Bunge, Angelo Gordon, TPG, Saudi Aramco, Rite Aid, Boston Consulting Group, Global Trading Systems, Connecticut Water, Iberdrola, Pershing Square Capital Management, and KPMG.

Christopher received a BFA in Film and Television Production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and is located in Los Angeles, CA.


ADAM N. LAZAR

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Adam N. Lazar joined Polisi Jones as a strategic advisor in 2021 and serves as a Chief Innovation Officer and C-Suite Operational Expert to our private equity client portfolio companies and provides ongoing counsel to our financial services clients across a variety of strategic business areas. He is a company founder, product developer and inventor, having founded multiple businesses in various industries throughout his 25-year career, along with securing patents for several inventions within the consumer, technology, agriculture, military, security and law enforcement sectors.

In 2014, Adam founded Asarasi Sparkling Tree Water, the world’s only fully sustainable, renewable and USDA organic bottled water that is drawn from maple trees and he continues to serve as CEO of that business today. Asarasi produces a variety of branded and private label tree water products that are featured throughout the world in some of the largest retail stores including Costco, ReadyRefresh, Natural Grocers Vitamin Cottage and Wal-Mart.

In 2017, Adam founded Mil-Spex, a patented, tech-based, products company that invented and patented an active-shooter, tactical targeting system that trains military and law enforcement on how to properly respond to an active shooter scenarios on location in schools, malls, stores, churches, synagogues and other locations where groups of people congregate. As part of Mil-Spex, Adam also developed a patented, tech-based, agricultural wildlife and animal nuisance mitigation product that dramatically reduces crop and property destruction, with no harm to wildlife. He is also the inventor of the Revision Military Universal Prescription Lens Carrier, which is worn by 20% of all uniformed personnel in the U.S. Military for ballistic prescription vision correction, and invented and patented Elliptical Polarized Optics / Eyewear Systems for 5.11 Tactical.

Throughout his career, Adam has been recognized as a highly strategic business advisor and C-Suite leader who finds creative solutions to challenging business issues that result in significant cost savings, revenue generation and company growth.

Prior to founding Asarasi, Adam was the Product Development and Category Business Manager for 5.11 Tactical, a global leader in sporting goods and tactical gear. In this role, he developed accessories products across seven product categories within the 5.11 Tactical Accessories Division. He founded and ran the 5.11 Expert Entry Breaching Tools Division, a multi-million-dollar business unit that was supported by the 5.11 Field SWAT Training Division he also created.

He holds an MBA in Management from Norwich University, in Northfield, VT and a BA in Management from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY. He served as an Officer in the U.S. Army National Guard.
